Shipping
Between Mommies is a Canadian owned and operated company. We are located in Calgary, Alberta.  If you prefer to pick up your purchase, (to avoid shipping charges) we are located in the SE, in Mckenzie Lake. Please use the Calgary pick up button when shopping (please note, this needs to be done for every product you purchase).  We will contact you via e-mail to arrange a pick up time. All products and shipping costs at Between Mommies is listed in Canadian funds. 

We use Canada Post as our method of shipping.  In most cases, you will receive a tracking number which enables you to track your package online at www.canadapost.ca or over the phone at 1-866-607-6301. If you have a tracking number it will be emailed to you after your package has been shipped. Shipping times vary depending on where you live, but on average do not usually take longer than a week, within Canada. In most circumstances your order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours on business days. 

Shipping to the U.S. and Customs
Please allow time for customs clearance when shipping internationally. Also note that extra shipping charges may apply and we cannot be responsible for any extra duties or taxes that may incur on arrival. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or soon after. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Estimates for customs fees CAN NOT be provided.

Shipping Rates
Between Mommies offers free shipping on all orders over $150.00 CDN in Canada.

Note: Additional shipping charges apply to some items. Please ensure you read your product description closely as it will inform you if your product has a “shipping surcharge”. You will also be contacted by email after placing your order.

Shipping Fees to Canadian Addresses

Returns
At Between Mommies, we want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a complete refund of the product on the same credit card which it was purchased on (unless purchased through paypal, then refunds will be issued via paypal).

We will only accept returns of merchandise that are in their original packaging, un-worn and with all tags attached.  Merchandise that  is damaged or used will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.  Please note in order to obtain a refund contact us by email at returns@betweenmommies.com. Please include your name, the reason for the return and a request for refund or exchange. 

Please note that shipping costs, border taxes/custom charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us. All sales are final after 14 days. Please also note, all paypal transactions will be refunded through paypal.

Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via Canada Post are traceable. 

Drop Shipping
Some of our items are drop ship items, which means they are shipped to the customer directly from the supplier.  We are not able to gift wrap these items.  In product description, you will be notified of the shipping details, including delivery time, for the item you are ordering.

Payment & Security Options
All of our purchases are handled through PayPal - one of the world’s most trusted online payment sources. Always check that your URL starts with “https” when making online payments, the S is for secure When you Check Out with PayPal, we NEVER see your credit card number or information. This protects you from unauthorized charges and from identity theft if our database security is ever compromised. In addition to that PayPal will cover your purchase against Non-Receipt of product and unauthorized purchases.

Privacy
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. If you have placed an order with us or entered our contests the email used will be added to our mailing list. If you prefer not to receive mail from us send us an email and you will be removed immediately. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding this matter.

Contest Rules and Information
By entering this contest, you are giving us permission to inform you by email, of future promotions and product updates. 

• Contest is a random drawing.
• One entry per person per month; no purchase necessary.
• Winner will receive the featured product that is shown.
• Winner will be notified via email.
• Winner must respond within 1 week to their claim prize.

Cancelling Your Order
If for some reason you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, we must receive the request to do so VIA E-MAIL within 3 hours of your purchase.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Between Mommies. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost, once the package is back in our warehouse.  This shipping and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to any/all additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges.

By using this web site, and purchasing our products, you signify you agree with Between Mommies policies. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use our web site or services.
