What Is Breast Engorgement?
Breast Engorgement can usually occur about the third day postpartum and is often attributed from the milk "coming in". Breasts may become swollen, hard and painful all within a few hours. Luckily engorgement usually only lasts anywhere from 24-48 hours or sometimes even as long as a week.
